There has been a major accident in the Namami Gange project in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. 10 people have died due to electrocution. While more than 14 people have been injured in the accident. SP Chamoli Parmendra Doval told, 10 people died and many were injured due to transformer explosion on the banks of Alaknanda river in Chamoli district. The injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
